Delivery, Refunds & Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, our turnaround time is between 7-10 business days. However, we try our best to fulfil order deliveries before the given time. Please note that we only deliver within South Africa.

We make use of PUDO and Fastway Couriers. All products are checked and sealed securely before being couriered. We cannot be held liable for any delays or loss by the PUDO or Fastway Services. All products are at the client’s risk once it has left our premises.

We currently offer the following delivery options:

Fastway Courier to Door

R100 for deliveries.

Delivery Time from Date of Dispatch: 2-5 working days in major centres; outlying areas might take a little longer.

Tracking Numbers will be forwarded once the order has been sent out.

PUDO Locker to Door

R100 for deliveries.

Delivery will never usually be more than the above pricing; and if it is, we usually carry the cost. However, if we find that the delivery address provided is in a rural/ outlying area which is not covered by the PUDO service, the customer will be contacted in order to either pay the surplus and/ or change the delivery method to Courier Guy courier service.

PUDO Locker to Locker

Cost: R60 flat rate.

Delivery Time from Date of Dispatch: 3-7 working days.

Tracking Numbers will be forwarded once the order has been sent out. You will receive an email from PUDO when your order has been placed in your Locker of choice.

Free Shipping

Spend R800 or more and receive Free Shipping when selection the PUDO Locker to Locker option. Spend R1500 or more and receive Free Shipping when selection the PUDO Locker to Door or Fastway Courier option.

Hermanus Free Drop-Off Points

We offer free Drop-Off points at the following areas in Hermanus:

  • The Station in Hermanus
  • Micro Coffee in Hermanus
  • All Good Things in Onrus

Refunds & Returns Policy

We have a 14-day Refund & Returns Policy, which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a return. Refund will only be issued as store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping fee is the costumer responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns on items purchased with discounted code or promotional items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Items for exchange also need to be returned within 14 days after the order was placed. Exchange items will be processed as store credit as of the purchase price (excluding shipping price). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the issued store credit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on store credit within the next 3-5 days.
